Almost all my teeth have some problem...i am fed up going to the doctor each weekend..unable to concentrate on my work. Is there a permanent solution where o can get all of them replaced at once for long term

At your age any removal unless absolutely necessary is not recommended. Your natural teeth are more efficient than any other form of replacement any dentist can offer . What you need is proper treatment planning. Get an OPG X-ray to check all your teeth and consult a good dentist for comprehensive treatment planning.
