I felt on the floor and one of the front two teeth has gone back little and it is not moving at all. I am not able to eat with the front teeth. Sir I want to ask that my front teeth will get back to its original position itself or it may required some treatment.

You have to visit a dentist for treatment.If the trauma is recent then under anesthesia the dentist can pull the tooth forward and can splint it in its previous position..It will not come on its position on its own..You have to visit nearest dentist.
