For quick relief you can take a pain killer but it will be temporary. For permanent solution visit a dentist and get a proper diagnosis for the reason of pain and then go for the treatment suggested.

Temporary relief can be brought about by taking a pain killer like tab. combiflam but not to take it more than three times a day at every 8 hr interval.  but for permanent relief you have to visit a dentist to ascertain the reason for pain. Hope this helps

There could be many reasons for this kind of pain.. It could be decay leading to pulp exposure, gum pocket etc...u can buy some time by taking over the counter painkillers. But correct diagnosis n accordingly treatment is correct solution... Gulping too much antibiotics can cause resistance n moreover so many dental situations don't require too much of medication only cleaning n removing the cause will suffice n give u relief... So visit the nearest dentist n take correct  treatment.
