Please elaborate about pain. Which tooth, Since when, sharp/dull, any agrevating reason like on chewing/cold or hot beverages/ while at sleep. Meanwhile you can start Tab. Ketoral DT 10 mg 1----1-----1 for 3 days

The cause of pain should be diagnosed . Please consult a dentist. It could be an infected tooth and unless it is treated your pain will only get suppressed.
