It has to be checked which tooth it is. Generally it’s the upper wisdom molar or the 2nd molar which may be hurting. If it’s the wisdom molar, and is present in an abnormal position, it is advised to remove it. If it’s some other tooth and has a sharp cusp, the cusp has to smoothened out.
