4yr old kid with tooth ache and headache .. when she drinks milk also her tooth is paining.. most of her tooth is decayed..after filling also she is having pain.. we dont know what to do.. nw she is having pain in chest leg and hands too.. but she is active only.. can i go for rct with Local anesthesia or GA .. after rct with GA does the pain goes away? Almost every teeth is decayed within 3 months..
