Hi Doctor My friend has tooth pain problem the tooth became black so he need appointment to remove that tooth.

Black / darkening of tooth is due to deep caries and pain due to chronic pulpitis..  if the tooth is strong he can go for root canal treatment so that the tooth can be conservd
