Post operative pain is common , you should do warm saline rinses 4-5 times in a day along with the medicines prescribed and follow all the instructions given you properly. In case if you still have pain which is unbearable you should re-visit your dentist .

Hi, Pain post surgical extraction is commonly seen. Consult your dentist if require take some analgesics and muscle relaxants. Even after that pain persist take an xray. Please get examined the near by teeth as well if it's infected.

It depends on weather before surgery if tooth was very closely positioned to nerve then because of the pressure effect pain can last for a few days more than normal there can be other causes for pain as well consult your dentist for best treatment
