U can take ketorol dt 10mg for pain but this is for time being.pain could be due to various tooth go for the checkup and it will confirm your type treatment.

Hello,        I understand that you are suffering from severe pain and you can use any over the counter medication for relief of pain. But using over the counter medication for relief is a temporary solution as only the symptom is getting eliminated and not the cause. So I would rather suggest you to visit a nearby dentist for diagnosis and treatment. Getting the tooth treated endodontically (RCT)followed by crown would be the proper mode of treatment as I guess pain could be secondary to a deep carious lesion  ( decayed tooth)

Dental pain will only subside for 3-6 hours with medicines .
