Hello sir Age 31 attached pic getting little bleed and and bad smell whether I eat regular day I do brush twice kindly advice what to do . How is my jaw and tooth condition any tips kindly advice

Hii go for full moth scalling in every 6 month Have some vitamin C, D after dinner Brush twice Mentain oral hygiene Use mouthwash twice Salt with luke warm water gargle 4 times for 6 days
