Okay So in this image that is attached I see that there is caries and you also noticed pain So you have to visit dentist and get your x ray done then only we have decide what to do next either we can go for Root Canal Treatment (RCT) Or just normal class 2 filling( cement filing)

And for  teeth cleaning purpose you have to do bruising twice a day you can also use dental floss
