Hello The whitish area could be some deposits as the hygiene in that area may be compromised.. gargle in the morning and night with warm salt water or mouthwash if any prescribed by your dentist .. if you have pain in that particular area it is a matter of concern.
Health Tips
Keep good hygiene.

This appears to be healing tissue. Please do warm saline gargles after every meal since healing will be quicker if there is no food collected around the stitches. I assume you have completed all the medication that was prescribed for the extraction. The fact that you have no pain itself is an indication that there is no infection

There’s no cause for concern. The extraction site seems fine.Sutures can sometimes attract debris. Just make sure to rinse with warm salt water rinses and maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and avoid smoking if you are a smoker.
Next Steps
See your regular dentist for suture removal

Whitish lesion is not a cause for worry. Do rinsing with warm saline gargles 8-10 times a day for 8-10 days. Alternatively u can do beta dine antiseptic gargles. The wound will quickly heal and the lesion will vanish faster. If there’s pain please take a pain killer. Please don’t worry at all unless the pain and the lesion doesn’t go away in 2 weeks. Stay home. Stay safe.
