My daughter is 3.5 yrs old. I had noticed two days back that her front middle bottom tooth is a bit shaky..is it not early to get her tooth broken. I asked her manier times that something happened in school but she didn't told anything. Today she told yes I got hurt by the door. Her right side back bottom two teeths are also having cavity which I noticed that day only as they have turned brown. What should I do..pls suggest.

A proper clinical examination by a dentist and a few X-rays will be able to help us understand the situation better..... the right treatment can be instituted only after the right diagnosis...... please visit your dentist as soon as possible before the problem aggravates further.... Regards.....

U can get a radiograph for lower front teeth for  further examination & restoration of back tooth...u don't have to worry much as these are milk teeth, permanent teeth will not go affected by these teeth...take care of ur daughter...:-)
