Hello sir.. The treatment will gets complicated if you delay....Treatment will depends on the extent of the caries.... Get an X-RAY(IOPA) done to rule out the extent of caries.. If the caries is superficial, then go with simple filling...If it Is deep, then root canal treatment has to be done...clinical examination is necessary to conclude the treatment plan..
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur consultation and management immediately

The more you delay more the complications. Immediately visit a dentist and get the treatment done. X-ray will aid in better diagnosis. If the cavity can be filled it is to be done asap. If the tooth can be saved with root canal... Donot wait for the tooth to get decayed when Extraction will be the only option

see a dentist asap
