My child 5 yer old. she has tooth decay and little bit gum big. can we apply ornidazole gel

Please consult your dentist immediately he will evaluate condition . Your kid may need simple filling or may required root canal treatment (pulpectomy) . Don’t delay if pulpectomy is advised it should be followed by stainless steel cap on that tooth
