Hi sir...    The treatment depends on extent of broken tooth...    If the teeth is broken at enamel or dentine layer, you need to fix the teeth with composite (tooth coloured)filling...   If the tooth is broken at pulpal layer(nerve layer) you need to undergo root canal treatment and capping of root canal treated teeth should be done....   capping is done with diffeeewnt material like metal ceramics,zirconia....   Capping with zirconia (metal free crown made up of diamond crystals) ls more prefferable for anterior restoration which is more esthetic ... First and foremost x_ray(IOPA) should be done to confirm the extent of fractures If the whole crown structure is broken at gingival level then ** you can go for extraction of root stump and fixed bridges(artificial prosthesis) should be done.....or ** if very minimal crown structure remains then Root caal treatment followed by post and core can be done. . Capping is more preffarable  than implant Capping with  zirconia: Rs.10,000                with metal ceramic (without guarantee) :Rs.3500 (with guarantee) :Rs.5000

Hi What is the reason behind broken tooth... Was there any history of trauma. Treatment can decided after x ray evaluation. It depends on condition of roots also. If tooth is in poor health than u need to require extraction of tooth. it can be mind blowing....

If u have pain u need to get an X-ray done and check if it can be saved or needs to be removed Depending on your condition thereafter we can decide whether cap or implant

Hi.... The treatment would depend upon the extent and condition of the fractured tooth. If it is slightly broken with no pain then it can be easily build up with a tooth coloured material known as Composite. If a considerable amount of tooth is broken and it is having pain then the tooth will go for RCT. Pain indicates that the pulp( contains nerves) of the tooth is involved . Such a tooth will go for RCT and then a Crown ( Cap) would be placed on it. Implant is the last option and it would be made clear by an X-ray. If the roots are fractured then the tooth has to be removed and implant would be placed.
