May be their is some erupting wisdom tooth which is causing problems. OPG ( kind of x ray) is required to know exact problem. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Apply ice pack from outside mouth over effected area. Medication without proper consultation could be dangerous. So better to consult doctor and then take proper medicines.

It's because of 2reasons like..... 1. erupting or fully erupted wisdom tooth causing condition called as 'pericoronitis ' 2.upper molar might be causing traumatic bite & require medicines prescription by the dentist through online or offline mode.
Next Steps
if the pain persists then visit dentist for further clinical examination & treatment accordingly
Health Tips
1.don't self medicate. 2.keep the area clean by rinsing with lukewarm salt water after every meals. Thanks!

First get an offline appointment and get it diagnosed properly for the cause behind the swelling. It may either be due to unerupted 3rd molar tooth with pericoronitis or impingement by opposing tooth. If there is pus at the site, that may aggrevate with warm saline rinse, so don't start with that immediately. Do not start any antibiotics by yourself.
Next Steps
Get a clinical visit done.
Health Tips
Applying heat in infection may cause space infection!! So, don't do it unless it's diagnosed and advised.
