I've been experiencing tooth ache on the lower left side of my jaw. It is most likely inflamed. Also, pain in the gums

At this age it's mostly because of eruption of wisdom tooth. Which causes pain, swelling & inflammation as it's inaccessible to oral hygiene. It will subside in a few days. Till than take a pain killer.

Hello You need to visit for clinical and radiographically evaluation so as to come to an appropriate diagnosis and then get it treated. Don't delay it further because if a tooth can be saved please get the treatment done or it would be extracted at such a young age.

The symptom you are describing means probably you have wisdom tooth which is troubling you . Keep that area clean . Do warm water with salt gargle .
