Treatment for upper left first molar would be Root Canal Treatment followed by a crown. While for the right lower second molar would request you to get a localised X ray which would help us to decide whether to do a Composite Restoration  (Sandwich Technique) or a Root canal.

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. this will give you temporary relief from pain. if there is infection to the roots of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

Please specify the tooth that is causing pain...According to the opg it looks like the upper left first molar....If it's so then it will need a root canal treatment
