Tooth ache

I get the filling done on my toith 3 days back. Since yesterday i m feeling pain but from the evening this pain is increasing. Sipping cold water gives me relax but for 2 mins. In evening i had 1 dolonex dt. After one hr combiflam but pain didnt come down. Finally i had Acyclofenac wid paracetamol. No relief seen. At 2 am in nite i had Ketorol dt tablet. Pls suggest what shd i do now. I m having severe pain. Cant sleep

The tooth must be deeply infected. Get your filling removed and get an xray done.

You have to revisit with your doctor tell yr prblm ,doctor vill recheck your tooth filling problem evulate the prblm by radiographically & clinically also take his/her  opinion then go ahead &take your treatment accordingly , reduced your preexisting filling or refilling  or direct /indirect pulp capping ,or rct ..and if any confusion please Consult  with  conservative & endodontic specialist  at your vicinity ...

Hello Your filling might be very deep or it's too high.  U were feeling any pain while doctor was doing filling?  Get x ray done and get this filling checked for high point also. If it's deep... RCT should be done.
