Tooth ache after tooth extraction

Yesterday evening my wisdom has been extracted there was a severe pain I had medicines as prescribed now suddenly it is paining severely and my doc is not ansrng the PH as its late nite can I have a pain killer as there are stitches also

Might be because the adjacen5 tooth wlso carious and requires rct or because of some infection which might get cure with 2 3 days with antibiotic course

Hi , as ur removed the wisdom tooth , it might take 2-3 days for the main to reduce . It might have been a traumatic extraction . Take stronger analgesics like keterol dt for the next two days . If still pain persists then x Ray has to be taken
