I am having frequent tooth puss, my tooth got injured in childhood.I have done RCT treatment but not get any benefit

It’s an old infection even after the Root canal sometimes lesion might not go .take a Opg it helps u to get good diagnosis and if the lesion is big then go for apicectomy and followed by medication , it helps u in getting better result . Visit a dentist they will help u .

Get xray of tooth to know the current status of tooth. If there is reinfection, tooth has to be re rc treated. If tooth is extremely decayed, get it removed.
