Took pure LSD had panic attack

I took pure LSD the other day, had a panic attack, I have been feeling really down and nervous and anxious for about 5 days now and it's still going on. It's been a lot better but still not better at all. I think since I just feel really down I'm getting anxious and nervous which has caused me to throw up a couple times, tight chest, ans stressed.

As early as possible consult psychiatrist or visit nearest hospital for proper treatment. U must share ur problems with ur family.
