Hello Doctor, I am not sure but I believe I have taken a double dose of Dilzem CD 120 just now. How long will it take to take effect? What do I do? Should I check my BP, if it goes too low donI need to go to the emergency room. Usually, it is difficult to find many doctors late at night. Please advise.

Dilzem  CD has mild side effects like headache, nausea, dizziness. They pass off within 3-4 hours. Since you have taken it in the evening , you may never feel that you had any side effects. Not to worry.
