Too much bleeding in periods and fever

I am suffering from pcod. And currently going through my periods. Very heavy bleeding is going on and I suffered from fever, headache too. I can't feel like eating and when I try I immediately feel punish. I am currently on medication and started taking Diane 35 from yesterday. I had been taking pause mf from my doctor's advice when I had very heavy flow before but since I am on Diane 35 I am not sure should I take it or not. Please suggest I am feeling very week and almost bed ridden. Thanks in advance
