Too delay for new teeth

My 8 year nephew's primary two (front) teeth has been fallen out befor 7-8 months still his new teeths are not raised. Want to know cause or  is this normal.?

Sometimes it happens. Sometimes they do erupt after. Sometimes they need a little help from the dentist.  Your dentist would see your nephew, and take a radiograph if neceto confirm. Usually if it doesn't erupt in 6 months an examination wont do any harm

7-8 yrs. is the right time for upper centeal incisors to erupt. Attach a pic for us to elicit any eruption buldge is present or not. That may indicate presence of permanent teeth underneath. If nothing of that sort evident found, we need to go for X-ray to look for the presence/position of successor teeth. It is a very common issue, nothing to worry about.
