Disturbance in mind can be cuz of lot many reasons. Stress, Covid fear, and a lot many things. Neck pain can be caused by tonsilitis. Pain in neck near ear is not cuz of tonsilitis. Good suggestion would be consultantion and a treatment for distribution in mind.
