My self Darshan, I am suffering from Tonsils problem from several years. Around 15 years before i have undergone sinus operation. After that regularly i am getting throat infection. Specially winter season 2 to 3 times in a month throat will be infected. I consulted several ENT doctors. Few said operation and removal of tonsils will help. Few were also suggested tonsils condition are not too bad, i can manage by boosting the immunity. Can I get get few suggestions to avoid regularly infection. Also any medical can boost the immunity.

Get tonsillectomy done. It's affecting your work and daily life. Immunity can be boosted by medication as well as good and healthy nutrition. But in your case surgery is indicated.
