My tonsils are very big in size and they are seen to be hanging on my toungue but i dont have problem in my daily routine like eating breathing drinking are they normal or it's a disease i have seen they in mirror 2 years ago and now also they are big please suggest

Hi. The size of the tonsils does not matter as long as it is not causing any symptoms. The symptoms to watch out for are repeated infections, breathing difficulty especially at night or food debris getting stuck in the tonsils and giving rise to bad mouth odour.
