When I am eating or swallowing something then my throat is paining .. I think tonsillitis has increased.. The main thing is in evening my back head becomes heavy and shoulder pain become start and also ear affected...headache sometimes.. I had covid 2.5month ago... Is the heavy head due to tonsillitis? Suck kind of problem I'm facing from 2 days... Pls suggest something.

Pain while swallowing needs evaluation by laryngoscopy...heavy head is rarely due to tonsillitis unless febrile or so . Rule out sinusitis too.

Heaviness of head can be because of sinusitis, do u have any history of nasal discharge??nasal obstruction?? dripping of secretions into d throat?? Need some detailed information nd xray PNS to confirm ur findings

Throat pain and ear pain may be due to tonsillitis but heavyness of head is due to sinus problem please consult ent doctor once to rule out sinus problem
