Tonsillectomy for tonsil stones

I've been dealing with persistent bad breath for years and I've found out the reason for it is hidden deep tonsil stones. I sometimes cough out stones, I also try to flush out stones from my tonsils with a curved syringe and I clear out tiny stones which later improved my breath a little. But, I am stuck. I can't get these stones out anymore. No matter what I do, it stays stuck inside and causes me chronic bad breath. When I touch my crypts, it smells awful and a white liquid comes out when I press it which also has this awful smell. Eventually I had enough of this and visited an ENT and told him about my problems. He examined my tonsils, didn't see any stones visible from the outside and said I don't have tonsil stones, there's nothing to treat and many people live with bad breath and basically to deal with it. I know the recovery can be painful for tonsillectomy but I am ready for it. I really want the surgery done. Should I consult another doctor and push for surgery ? It affects me

Please share an image.. Tonsillectomy in your case will depend on the size of tonsils Also if no stone is visible as examined by an ENT and there is no recurrent infection.. there is no need of Tonsillectomy.
Next Steps
start doing a proper oral hygiene. Brush your teeth before bedtime also. Use any chlorhexidine based mouth wash twice daily specifically after brushing your teeth.
