From last 15 days my tonsils are having white spots on it ... also my throat is sore as well. It happened after eating ice cream n cold milk based things. When will it go away. What is the cause of this tonsil problem. I get it many times in a year if I eat or drink anything cold. Iam doing  gargles also. Plz suggest how to treat it.. I can't take antibiotics as iam breast feeding my 1yo child. Thanks.
