Tonsil, pharyngeal wall, tongue

Hi, I have granular pharyngeal wall, tonsil cyst and also ome side swollen tonsil since a month which didn't go away via antibiotics. Now since a week I have this burning painful bumps on both side of my tongue. Also in CT scan of neck is mouth, tonsils and tongue also scanned? Help me. Picture attached
