My 3months 15days old daughter started tonoferon drops from last 1week. I did notice he poop contains few stains (spots) of brownish red discharge. Is it because of the medicine. She is comfortable pooping n no other discomfort. Pls help.

Yes poop colur is due to the medicine. Colour will be normal if you stop tonoferon drops
