My tongue color have changed and is Bright red in color at the tip. Ulcers are not completely visible but I feel the pain while eating, talking and also while drinking water. Kindly Help.

Hi  aphthous ulcers are commonly due to vitamin deficiency… supplemnt with vitamin rich diet food   along with capsules for cople of weeks you will be fine…  History of fever preceding ulcers is important which could be viral origin...
