My tongue became white and creamy type after scratching with nails and burning mouth and circumvallate papillae also enlarge and i have gerd so what's the problem

Gerd causes reflux of acid. This causes tongue and it's taste papillae to increase saliva secretion to balance the acidic pH of stomach. White tongue indicates poor oral hygiene, you need to use brush teeth and use tongue cleaner twice a day. Use pantop dsr once a day in morning for acidity
