Tongue Cleaning issues
I am not able to clean my tongue due to strong gag reflex. I would want to know any liquid which i can gargle and it can clean my tongue and remove the bad particles
Do u have acidity issues ? ... Also hexidine or betadine gargles can both help in maintaining good oral hygiene ... But consult ur doctor if u have issues with burning sensation in chest , acidity etc ... Sometimes exaggerated reflux issues can cause coated tongue and bad breath

Drink plenty of water and rinse your mouth well after eating anything.
Using medicated liquiids for gargling can sometimes cause a change in oeal flora.
