Tongue burning sensation

I have severe tongue burning sensation from last three 3 days on the tip of the tip it burns on the side there is a white puse like formation which doesn't contain puse but when I touch it through my tongue I feel like nailing the tongue. This has resulted difficulty in swallowing food.

Hi..do betadine gargling twice daily with warm water. Apply pansoral gel five time daily on lesion. It would take five days to heal. If it still persists for more days then visit dentist. Regards
