Water bottle dropped on right leg second toe directly, and had a x-ray, attached is the X-ray report. My finger became black and pain if I move Enzomac plus, ROSCILLIN 500mg medicines I am taking now.

Black :-( Ice  Limb elevation And need stablization of fracture with buddy strapp. As u said black it's night mare . In view of toe circulation. Kindly get ur self examined by orthopaedic doctor at earliest to avoid complication due to swelling increase . As. Swelling increase post injury and due to little space to expand pressure built inside toe area and blood  circulation is decreased. I don't think so that may be the prblm but u should not take chance &  get your self checked immediately by Orthopaedic doctor.

antibiotic  has no role in conservative fracture healing . only if evident infection is there or and open fracture (means bone is visible from injury area ) antibiotic are given
