4th toe deformity won't affect ur function as a soldier. U may try getting medical clearance instead of correcting a small problem which may end up in more difficulty. Surgery must improve the function of the pt, or it must not be done. Not worth it.

If the toe is bent and will not straighten, then surgery is possible. The surgery will stiffen the toe and straighten it. Your toe needs to be looked at in detail and assessed to give you more information. The coat will differ based on the type surgery needed and the institute where it is done.
