Baterical infections on toddler one on chest two small on either feet. Look like a ring under the skin at first then within days peels the skin and doubles in size quickly. Seems to happen from contact with dirty water. Chest happened at water play in nursery and feet in paddling pool. Don’t know if it’s just sensitive skin but as this is the third circle infection in the last 6 months I’m wondering if it’s a problem
