Hello doc, I am taking myorest 1/2 tab ,sebelium, ciplar 10 mg for headache and sleep issue after taking I feel good and sleep but now it's been 2 month since I am taking these medicines I want to stop it.how can I stop this because when I tried one day I feel awake whole night. Please help me.
