To start drug therapy for High BP?

52/F, H/O mild headache on 2 occasions. BP- 150/100, went on salt restriction diet for 2 weeks, BP remains 150/100mmHg. BMI=24.7. No H/O Diabetes, Cardiac abnormalities, Thyroid dysfunction. ECG and Lipid profile wnl. Should pharmacological therapy be started?

Yes seeing the patient profile u can start her on antihypertensive but it would require more details as to which antihypertensive to start
