You can start counselling at any time you feel fit. The best time is now when you have the motivation to start and stuck to the sessions. Studies have shown that online counselling is equally effective as offline counselling. I recommend online counselling during this pandemic.

Hi.. Your issues are primarily psychosocial in nature, so counselling/psychotherapy will play the most important role in your treatment. Online and Offline Counselling, both work pretty well as long as you are able to connect with your Therapist/Counsellor.
