This can be a common problem in many men. It may or may not be related to hormonal deficiencies, but more often is due to familial pattern of beard in certain men , or may hypothetically be due to role of EDC (certain chemicals ) on the skin/ hair/ hormonal cycle.
So its best you discuss with your dermatologist and get him evaluated. If nothing is wrong otherwise, certain lotions may be tried, and even beard -hair transplantation is an option.
