Hi there,
This sounds incredibly exhausting, but you are not going crazy.
Example: You're at home trying to study, but your mind suddenly plays a "movie" of him looking at you or people gossiping. Your heart races and head throbs, and the harder you try to force it to stop, the worse it gets.
Next Steps: Stop fighting the thought. When it pops up, just say, "That's my anxiety being silly." Splash cold water on your face to snap out of the physical loop. For long-term relief, please consult a Clinical Psychologist for CBT (you can easily book one here on Practo).
Caution: Be kind to yourself. This is an anxiety symptom, not a reflection of your feelings. Take care.
