To get pregnant with pcos

Recently my scan report shows i have pcos. And am trying to concieve.. next week my husband is returning from abroad for 2 months... can i use clomid ?? If yes, how to use clomid ?? Plz sugest me some steps to get pregnant.. and due to pcos am not getting my period..

Got ur concern, plz consult ur Dr with ur huby, till then engage in Healthier habits of diet, sleep pattern n active Exercise or dance of ur choice. Ur just in ur twenties so no Self medication

see pcod is not a disease but a change in the body that has happened because of deranged lifestyle and stress. you need to give atleast 6 months for a natural conception and get a usg done for checking ovulation. i think instead of self management you can take an opinion of a gynaecologist

Clomid should not be taken over the counter. Please contact your gynaecologist for advise and further treatment. For PCOS, in case you are overweight, lose weight. Dr Sachin Dalal
