Tmj on left side

I had ceaserin delivary on Dec 2017 after 15 days after my delivery I had tmj problem on my left side I visited orthodontist suggested to wear splint on night time to upper teeth from past 6 months I am using that splint but some times I am having pain near my ear and under my left eye..please give me suggestions what to do?

The OPG is not the only method of ruling out the cause for TMJ problem..Visit a dentist to examine the TMJ clinically and by palpating..Consult a physician alongwith as the symptoms suggest some eye or ear issue..Splint might have reduced some of the pressure but still go for second consult..
