Sir, i have encountered that while i open my mouth it deviate toward left leading to asymmetrical face. What should I do. My jaw always make noise while opening.
We need a detailed view of your TMJ including the articulating surfaces and the fibrous capsule. An MRI of the joint is recommended.
Furthermore, clicking sound might be since childhood which can be left aside at this moment as it's seen commonly .
Deviation of the mandible is of concern at this age.
