After a blood test i found my TLC is 3.48 is there any problem with this...? Will attached my blood report with this.

If TLC is 3.48 and you are asymptomatic then don't worry. In case of fever lasting for more than 5 days you need to get your WIDAL and Dengue NS1 tests done.
